Amb el Brian Koegler, un gran expert amb la matèria, hem discutit certs temes de controvèrsia al món de l’entrenament com seria l’ús o no de la crioteràpia com a medi regeneratiu, fer estiraments abans o desprès de l’entrenament, seguir fent activitat física quan estem lesionats, la importància del fisioterapeuta per als esportistes i molt més al nostre directe.
